For any problem or worry, large or small there is normally a way to cure or at least control and contain it.

We aim to respond to emails within 48 hours maximum so if you have not received an email reply in that time please check your Spam/Junk Folders as it will probably be in there.

Depending upon your particular problem, most cases will be dealt with on a one-to-one basis with you and your dog, usually at your home. In most cases, it will take just one visit to evaluate the problem and show the cure. However, in occasional severe cases it may take more time.

Unfortunately, except for certain basic training advice, it is nearly always essential for Russell or one of his associates to see you and your dog to assess behaviour, temperament, reaction and circumstance before offering any curing methods. You will also receive 6 months full free backup advice by telephone, after the consultation.

Russell is regularly asked by Barristers, Solicitors and Insurance Companies to perform behaviour assessments and reports on dogs accused of behaviour issues and their owners are therefore subject to Legal Action, he also performs assessments and compiles full Court reports on Dog owners accused of having an out of control or dangerous dog and are also subjects of legal and/or court action and has been an Expert Witness in court cases on numerous occasions.

Alternatively we can provide you with a 'Live Video Consultation'. Obviously this isn’t quite as in depth as a home visit consultation but in most behavioural cases it should give you enough help and advice to overcome your problems. A video consultation would last around 60-90 minutes and would cost £150.00 if you wanted it with Russell or £100.00 if with Juliet. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal or Credit Card. Please know that after the video consultation you would most certainly have a clear forward plan of how to overcome your issues with your dog. Please don’t disregard this option as we have performed a lot of these and they have been very well received and successful. You would also get free back up telephone advice after the video consultation.

The Kennel Club Accreditation Scheme for Instructors in Dog Training and Canine Behaviour (KCAI) is recognised and regarded as an excellent, in depth and very creditable qualification to attain. It is City and Guilds recognised. 

Russell Becque has this qualification in no less than THREE different disciplines namely Behavioural Training, Competitive Obedience and also Companion Dog Training, ALL at Advanced Levels. All Instructors at The Academy are either KCAI (Kennel Club Accredited Instructor) accredited or working toward their accreditation.
